Overview
Procrastenator is designed with privacy as a core principle. We believe your productivity data is personal and should remain under your control.
Data Storage
All data created by Procrastenator is stored locally on your Mac:
- Activity logs and time block records
- Daily goals and completion status
- App settings and preferences
This data is stored in your Mac's local application data folder and is never transmitted to any external servers.
Data Collection
Procrastenator does not collect:
- Personal information
- Usage analytics or telemetry
- Device identifiers
- Location data
- Any data from other applications
Network Access
Procrastenator does not require an internet connection to function. The app does not make any network requests or communicate with external servers.
Third-Party Services
Procrastenator does not integrate with any third-party services, analytics platforms, or advertising networks.
Data Deletion
To delete all Procrastenator data, simply uninstall the application from your Mac. All locally stored data will be removed with the app. You can also use the "Clear All Data" option in Settings to reset the app.
macOS Permissions
Procrastenator may request the following system permissions:
- Notifications: To alert you when a time block ends. You can disable this in System Settings.
Children's Privacy
Procrastenator does not knowingly collect any information from children. The app stores no personal data regardless of the user's age.
Changes to This Policy
If we make changes to this privacy policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or our website.
